"Being stuck on the side of the road - royally sucks!! Paying for roadside assistance and having to find your own tow - not ideally the best, but I didnt care, I was ready to be home. I called to speak with my "old faithful", Karen, but she wasn't available. Mark offered to help, but bc I prefer having a "go to" person, I hesitated. I let Mark help and he was great. He communicated with me. I am sure everyone in the ofc saw my messages. LOL... but he was kind and humored me while still getting the issue solved. Thanks, Mark.

On another issue - My bill changed bc of a policy change. I don't remember making a policy change. Contacted customer service, but they couldn't access anything either. They left a message for the ofc to call me. Karen looked into it and got back with me. Long story short, I didn't like what the issue was and expressed my feelings in the most nicest and calmest way I could. She listened, she understood, and she let me vent it out. She called and ended up speaking with someone in IT. She wasn't letting it go either. She went to bat for me and a of now it is fixed. I should know more in October, but for now I am satisfied and feel better. Karen, YOU ROCK!!!"
